Nominate a Nonprofit
Online nominations are encouraged for Nonprofit Mission Awards in the areas of Innovation, Anti-Racism Initiative, Advocacy and Responsive Philanthropy. Application documents for Nonprofit Excellence Awards must be downloaded by the applying organization, completed and mailed along with the other required documents.

All nominations and applications must be received by the May 14, 2010 deadline to be considered.

Nonprofit Mission Awards Printed nomination forms for the Nonprofit Mission Awards are available upon request for those unable to complete an online nomination.

Nonprofit Excellence Awards
	Applications for the Nonprofit Excellence Awards require advance planning and board involvement. Applying organizations should be familiar with MCN's Principles and Practices for Nonprofits Excellence. To apply, download and complete the following items. A Nonprofit Excellence Award Application Cover Sheet A completed Principles & Practices for Nonprofit Excellence Self Assessment A two-page narrative about noteworthy achievements related to each of the ten Principles Verification that your nonprofit board chair and the majority of your board members have reviewed the Principles and Practices and have reviewed and verified the accuracy of the narrative A copy of your audited financial statements for the most recent years available A list of board members, with affiliations. A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) verification Nonprofit Excellence Award applications must arrive at MAP for Nonprofits, 2314 University Avenue West, Suite 28, St. Paul, by 4 p.m., May 14, 2010.
